★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya cepet, jam 8 harusnya baru buka.. Tpi stgah 8 udah ngelayanin.. Jam 7 udh dpt antrian no.5.. Cuman kecewa sama tukang posnya yg cewe.. Terlalu judes.. Org nanya baik tpi jawabannya ga ngenakin.. Namanya awal pasti org bnyak tanya tpi dia malah jawab "emang disuruhnya apa" Tpi pelayanan didlm semua ramah.. Semoga yg punya kasus cepet selesai termasuk saya
The service is fast, at 8 it should have just opened.. But after 8 it was already serving.. At 7 I got queue no.5.. Just disappointed with the female postman.. Too harsh.. The person asked was nice but the answer wasn't good.. Her name At the beginning, many people asked questions but instead they answered "what did they ask you to do?" But the service inside was all friendly.. Hopefully those who have cases will finish quickly, including me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pengajuan gugatan cerai, datang langsung ke PA.
1. Datang ambil no antrean ke posbakum
2. Di loket posbakum mengutarakan maksud dan tujuan, nanti petugas akan membantu membuat surat pengajuan cerai. Sambil memperlihatkan ktp, kk, buku nikah asli.
3.Setelah surat selesai dibuat di fotocopy 5x, fc ktp, fc buku nikah di legalisir & materai ( legalisir di mobil POS ada di depan kantor PA) petugas posbakum juga memberi form saksi persidangan.
Fotocopy bisa di kantin PA
4. Ambil antrean lagi untuk daftar pengajuan perkara.
5. Di loket pendaftaran di cek dokumen no. 3 bila sudah lengkap nanti diberi rincian pembayaran (saya +- 770.000).
6. Setelah pembayaran di beri salinan surat pengajuan cerai tadi & di infokan selanjutnya menunggu pemanggilan persidangan.
Pelayanan PA Depok sangat baik. Petugas ramah dan sangat membantu.
Saya datang jam 7 pagi dapat antrean (posbakum) no 3. Jam 8 pelayanan dimulai.
Nb: hati-hati di depan banyak calo / pengacara .
Mending langsung masuk urus sendiri.
Petugas PA depok ramah, baik dan sangat membantu.
To file a divorce suit, come directly to the PA.
1. Come and take the queue number to posbakum
2. At the posbakum counter, state the intent and purpose, later the officer will help make a divorce application letter. While showing ID, KK, original marriage certificate.
3. After the letter has been made in 5x photocopies, fc ktp, fc marriage book is legalized & stamped (legalized on the POS car in front of the PA office) Posbakum officers also provide a trial witness form.
Photocopy can be in the PA canteen
4. Take the queue again for the list of filing cases.
5. At the registration counter, check document no. 3 when it is complete, you will be given payment details (I am +- 770,000).
6. After payment, a copy of the divorce filing was given & further informed waiting for a court summons.
PA Depok services are very good. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
I came at 7 in the morning and got a queue (posbakum) no 3. At 8 the service started.
Nb: be careful in front of many brokers / lawyers.
Just go in and take care of yourself.
Depok PA officers are friendly, kind and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting room are quite crowded during weekdays. All visitors must use double mask while waiting in the waiting room. Notice that the trial start earlier then they scheduled on during this pandemic season (after the PPKM/lockdown). They even held trials on Friday, while they usually don't. Since the pending cases piled up during the PPKM.
