★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ortu udh jd langganan sejak lama bgt. Furniturenya dari dulu emng bagus2. Cuma masalahnya skrg ada bbrp pegawainya songong (khususnya yg cewe2 apalagi yg lbh tua). Wkt itu nganterin ortu yg berencana cari set meja makan jati, tp sayangnya ga ada contoh & hny dlm bentuk gambar di brosur. Kami nanya brp harganya & dijwb "mahal" oleh pegawai yg duduk sambil ngobrol2 diarea meja pembayaran. Lalu, saat mau pulang kami melewati sebuah tmpt tidur beserta springbednya. Ortu saya lalu tanya ke 2 pegawai yg ttp berada diposisi mrk. Mrk jawab "mahal" . Ortu yg kesal akhirnya ngomong "mahalnya brp?" dia blg sekian juta. Krn ortu saya memang suka akhirnya beli tmpt tidur beserta springbed itu. Dan lucunya si pegawai itu baru melayani dgn baik bhkn menawarkan furniture lain sambil dia menunjukkan furniture tsb. Pdhl sblmnya kami cuma dibiarkan melihat2 sendiri furniture yg ada. Ga sampai disitu aja..ketika memberitahu alamat rmh ortu, pegawai lgsg nyeletuk dgn songong "ini digang ya!?!!" lgsg aja sm ortu sy menjwb "nggak, deket kok...". Pas furniture dikirim ke rmh pun ternyata msh salah model & terpaksa hrs nunggu 2 minggu lg pdhl pegawai tadi blg stoknya ada. Semua terjadi krn 2 pegawai toko itu tlalu berat sm kesongongannya akhirnya blm2 apa2 udh meremehkan pelanggan & ga teliti dgn furniture mana yg dipilih pelanggan. Smoga encik pemilik toko bisa ajari pegawainya itu agar mrk pny attitude yg baik terhadap SEMUA pelanggan & ga pandang tampilan luarnya spt apa. Jgn mentang2 pelanggan yg dtg tampilannya biasa bgt, seakan2 ga bakalan mungkin mampu beli furniture yg mahal disitu shg bisa dgn gampangnya dijwb "mahal mahal".
My parents have been subscribed for a long time. The furniture has always been great. The only problem is that there are some employees (especially those who are older, especially older ones). At that time, my parents were planning to find a teak dining table set, but unfortunately there were no examples & only in the form of pictures in the brochure. We asked how much the price was & was "expensive" by employees who sat while chatting in the payment table area. Then, when we were going home we passed a bed and a springbed. My parents then asked the 2 employees who were in their position. They say "expensive". Annoyed parents finally say "how expensive is it?" he has so many million. Because my parents really like to finally buy a bed with the springbed. And the funny thing is that the new employee is serving well even if he is offering other furniture while he shows the furniture. In the past, we were only allowed to look at the furniture ourselves. It wasn't until there ... when I told my parents' address, the LGG employee told Songong "Is this okay!? !!" lgsg just as my parents answered "no, it's near ...". When the furniture was sent to the house, it turned out that the model was still wrong and had to wait 2 weeks, even though the employee had no stock. All happened because the two shop employees were too heavy and the gap finally ended up being nothing to underestimate the customer & not careful about which furniture the customer chose. Hopefully the shop owner's encik can teach the employees so that they have a good attitude towards ALL customers & don't look at the outside appearance like what. Don't expect customers who look really ordinary, as if they might not be able to buy expensive furniture there so that they can easily be "expensive expensive".
