★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu tempat isi ulang air yg paling rame (Tapi kalau Biru, biaaa ramw semua sih ?). Ini Biru yg paling luas dan gampang parkirnya di daerah sini. Yg lain ada di Taman Kotabumi, Permata, Jl. Kutabumi Raya. Harga sampai saat ini masih 7.000. Kualitas air selalu bagus dan sama. Pelayanan pun ok banget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekitar jam 5 sore, saya beli air biru 2, harganya 16 ribu. Kebetulan yg ngelayanin mas2, mbak2 yang biasa ngelayanin lg gk ada. Dan mas2 nya lupa ngasih nomor antrian. Abis itu saya minta nomor antrian, dan mas2 yg ngelayanin saya tadi lupa kalau saya sudah bayar, begitupun dgn mbak2 sok tau bgt bilang saya blom bayar! Ketika air biru saya datang, kebetulan yg mengantar airnya mas2 yg ngelayanin saya tadi. Dia nanya apa saya sudah bayar? Dan saya jawab, Sudah tadi kan udh bayar sama masnya 16 ribu 2 galon. Dan mas2 nya meminta maaf saya hargai itu krn manusia tidak luput dr lupa. Cuma yg memalukan mbak2 nya bilang saya belom bayar dan suaranya terdengar keras sekali sampai keluar!!! Sumpah kalo gak tau apa2 mending diem aja mbak! Malu-maluin aja. Gak berkah hidup begitu mbak masa udh bayar disuruh bayar 2 kali?? Tolong lebih baik lagi ya pelayanannya kedepannya.
Sorry kalo gk suka, ini sebagai kritik dari customer supaya lebih baik lagi kedepannya dan cukup saya saja yg mengalami kejadian yg tidak menyenangkan ini?
Saran : sebaiknya ketika customer bayar langsung dikasih nomor antrian, jadi gk lupa & terjadi kesalahpahaman...

Jangan beli biru yg di ppd, pelayanan buruk. Petugas yg lupa pasang name tag, pelanggan yg jadi korban nunggu lama. Sayangnya mau kasih bintang 1 belum ada lokasi pin maps nya
