★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah berlangganan disini.. tapi baru kali ini saya sangat sangat kecewa dengan salah 1 karyawan disini.. teramat sering saya antri dan memperhatikan antrian dan akhirnya saya gak tahan juga utk komplain.. sekalinya di komplain kenapa bisa org yg bahkan baru dateng kok bisa langsung ambil galonnya, jawabannya malah karna mereka sudah nitip dan ditinggal, PADAHAL MEREKA SENDIRI YG BIKIN PERATURAN SAMPAI ADA HIMBAUANNYA KALAU MEREKA TIDAK MENERIMA PENITIPAN GALON! Dan paling menyebalkan adalah itu KARYAWAN ANDA YG BADANNYA AGAK PENDEK KECIL DAN AGAK GELAP, SOPAN SEKALI MULUTNYA SAMPAI HARUS BERANI JAWAB CUSTOMER DENGAN NADA TIDAK SOPAN!! Sabar saya sabar sungguh!! Sekali lagi saya datang kesitu dan itu manusia masih tidak punya sopan santun ucapan dan nada serta tatapannya! Saya tidak SEGAN UNTUK BERSIKAP LEBIH AROGAN DARIPADA KARYAWAN ANDA ITU YA! 17 APRIL 2022 !!
I've subscribed here.. but this is the first time I'm very, very disappointed with one of the employees here.. very often I queue and pay attention to the queue and finally I can't stand to complain.. once in a complaint why can people who even just come can directly take the gallon, the answer is because they have already taken it and left it, WHY EVEN THOUGH THEY MAKE THE REGULATIONS UNTIL THEY HAVE ADVICE IF THEY DON'T ACCEPT GALLON'S DEPOSITORY! And the most annoying thing is that it's YOUR EMPLOYEE whose BODY IS A LITTLE SHORT AND A LITTLE DARK, HIS MOUTH IS SO POLICE THAT YOU HAVE TO DARE TO ANSWER CUSTOMERS WITH A DISCOUNT TONES!! I'm really patient!! Once again I came there and that man still has no manners of speech and tone and gaze! I DON'T HESITATE TO BE MORE ARGANT THAN YOUR EMPLOYEES YES! APRIL 17 2022 !!
