Tempatnya ber AC sehingga membuat masyarakat nyaman, petugasnya nya pun ramah cuma kalo mau ngurus berkas harus di persiapkan betul-betul seperti foto karena disekitaran kantor ini hanya 1 tempat foto. Kalo untuk fotocopy ada di belakang. Yg saya sayangkan disini adalah fasilitas wifi tidak untuk umum.

Perlu pemandu pintu untuk ambil antrian, sepertinya tiap hari rame, antri bisa 1 jam lebih, kesini untuk pindah kependudukan antar propinsi, lebih baik dtang pagi,. AC ne ora kroso, saking akeh wonge,. Bisa ditambah pengeras suara untuk panggilan nama.

Tempat pelayanan 1 pintu untuk pengurusan KK, KIA, KTP, surat kematian, Akte kelahiran dll. Pas masuk antrian dilakukan dalam bentuk mesin tinggal tekan no antrian tuang tunggu nyaman ruangan berAC disediakan koran dan juga minuman gratis. Sayangnya belum ada pengurusan secara online pengisian masih manual berkas yang harus disiapkan sendiri. Tidak ada layanan free wifi seharusnya layanan public ada akses wifi gratis. Secara umum fasilitas yang diberikan sudah baik terdapat kantin mushola dan t4 fotocopy di dalam lingkungan Kantor

Datang untuk keperluan urus surat pindah. Jam 8an antrian masih sedikit. Jangan lupa untuk ambil nomor antrian di sebelah kanan pintu utama (tempat ambil kartu antrian diluar ruangan, begitupun kursi untuk tunggu juga diluar ruangan). ada juga fotokopian yang terletak di bagian belakang gedung. Untuk pelayanan cepat, tetapi mohon ditingkatan agar pelayanan lebih ramah.

Layanan terburuk disepanjang Ducapil tahun 2022. Sebanyak 5 counter yg aktif hnya 2, sedangkan di belakang pada bersantai ria. Hmpir lbh dr 3 jam bru mndptkn giliran. Mohon dapat dievaluasi dan berkaca dr Kab lain. Misalnya Kan Grobogan tdk lbh dr 15 mnit selesai, dan Kab lain yg prioritas pd layanan. Sementara bintang satu dulu sampai ada perubahan yg mengutamakan layanan. Untuk sistem lainnya lumayan lah.
