Pasien disambut di pintu masuk oleh staf super ramah yang langsung menerapkan SOP pandemi. Setelah proses dekontaminasi dan berganti sepatu dengan sandal, kita bertemu dengan resepsionis di ruang tunggu yang nyaman. Alunan musik tenang di latar belakang sesuai sekali dengan nama DentaLounge. Apa lagi ketika kepada saya ditawarkan minuman kopi, teh, atau air mineral.
Para profesional DentaLounge yang dipimpin oleh drg Syanti Wahyu Sp.Perio, FISID, MM menangani kasus kesehatan gigi & gusi dari yang sederhana hingga yang kompleks. Saya pernah datang untuk dental cleaning dan tambal selain juga kasus root canal, dental crown, dan implant gigi. Semua kasus ditangani secara amat professional namun ramah dan komunikatif, dengan hasil yang amat memuaskan.
DentaLounge memiliki tiga ruang kerja pasien dengan dental unit papan atas yang nyaman, lengkap dengan TV layar lebar sehingga pasien dapat melihat proses perawatannya. Juga ada ruang X-ray panoramic 3-D, ruang steril alat, serta peralatan² mutakhir termasuk AI scanner untuk smile design dan perangkat digital dentistry lainnya.

Dental treatment at the DentaLounge clinic is a pleasant experience, far from what most people think are afraid of going to the dentist. Patients are greeted at the entrance by super friendly staff who immediately implement the pandemic SOP. After the decontamination process and changing into slippers, we are met by the receptionist in a comfortable waiting room. The quiet music in the background fits the DentaLounge name very well. What more when I was offered coffee, tea, or mineral water.
DentaLounge professionals led by drg Syanti Wahyu Sp.Perio, FISID, MM handle dental & gum health cases from simple to complex. I've come for dental cleaning and fillings as well as root canal cases, dental crowns, and dental implants. All cases were handled in a very professional but friendly and communicative manner, with very satisfactory results.
DentaLounge has three patient workspaces with a comfortable top-of-the-line dental unit, complete with a wide-screen TV so that patients can see the treatment process. There is also a 3-D panoramic X-ray room, a sterile tool room, as well as state-of-the-art equipment including an AI scanner for smile design and other digital dentistry devices.
For those who desire excellent, safe, comfortable and friendly oral health care and cosmetic dentistry, I highly recommend DentaLounge Clinic.

The dentist drg. Shiril, nurse, and all employee are friendly and give you great experience since you have arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in TreePark Apartment, Dental Lounge provide service for dental health clinic and aesthetic. I came here during the new normal, and I can say, they have a very good health procedure and concern. Each customer is equipped with full body equipment, also the staffs and doctors. I can see the room is disinfected everytime a patient finished treatment. New tools fresh from package is being used for every patients. Very much appreciated.
I come for a scaling treatment, and I can notice they use a good quality dentist chair. In terms of service, they know what they are doing, and I am very happy with it. To book schedule, its best to make an appointment, because I can see patients coming in and out in between schedule. They also have partnership with some companies, so they already know how to prepare the documents required for reimbursement.
