★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik dan ramah. Hanya ketika bikin gigi palsu mengecewakan. Hasil cetakan tidak pernah sesuai sehingga bolak balik hingga beberapa kali cetak lagi. Dan baru beberapa bulan copot satu per satu. Sesuatu yang tidak pernah dialami sebelumnya...
 Good and friendly service. Only when making false teeth disappoint. The printout never matches, so that you go back and forth several more times. And just a few months off one by one. Something that has never been experienced before ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya pelayanan dokter gigi dan perawat giginya sangat ramah sekali (dokter giginya komunikatif dan gaul) :-)
Dokter giginya memberikan informasi perawatan secara detail bahkan informasi yang sebelumnya tidak saya ketahui menjadi saya ketahui. ;-)
Untuk para mommy dan bunda yang sedang bingung mencari klinik yang dapat menangani ketakutan anak untuk perawatan gigi, saya rekomendasikan klinik rumah gigi ayu. ;-)
Karena pengalaman anak saya yang pernah trauma akibat pelayanan gigi di rumah sakit swasta Bekasi.;-)
Oh ya, untuk biaya tak perlu di khawatirkan karena dompet tak terkuras ;-)
In my opinion the service of the dentist and the dental nurse is very friendly (the dental doctor is communicative and sociable) :-)
His dentist gave me detailed treatment information even information that I didn't know before became what I knew. ;-)
For mothers and mothers who are confused about finding a clinic that can deal with children's fears for dental care, I recommend the ayu dental house clinic. ;-)
Because of my child's experience of being traumatized by dental services at a private Bekasi hospital. ;-)
Oh yeah, there's no need to worry about the cost because the wallet isn't drained ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener bener kecewa bgt dgn kualitas pelayanan di rumah gigi ayu. Nambal gigi anak hari ini tanggal 14 juli 2020 smp TKP jm 2 siang td sls jm 3 kurang gk smp 3 jm tambalan udh lepas. Ok sy skluarga balik lg ke TKP jm stgah 6 sore krn mau complain maslh tmbalan dan smp ke TKP kebetulan dokter gigi yg praktek td msh ada, ok lgsg di tmbal lagi. Eh ini baru aj smp rumah tambalan udh lepas..buat kalian yg mau nmbal gigi anak jgn drumah gigi ayu yg di villa mutiara gading 2 dkt atm mandiri. Klo sy kesana lg complain utk y kedua kalinya kena charges lg.. Maless kan, 250rb ya sudahlah
Really disappointed with the quality of service in ayu dental house. Patching teeth for kids today, July 14, 2020, to the TKP, 2 pm, to no longer, to 3 months, is not enough, to 3 hours, the patches have been removed. Ok, I will return to the crime scene at 6 pm because I want to complain about the problem, and to the crime scene, the dentist who practices is still there, ok again at the post again. Uh, this is just a new patched-up house ... it's made for those of you who want to get your kids teeth out of your beautiful teeth in the pearl villa 2 dkt atm independently. When I go there, I complain for the second time I get charged again ... Maless right, 250 thousand, never mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi Rumah Gigi Ayu (Bekasi) ini mudah dijangkau oleh pasien yg tinggal di sekitar Tambun Utara, Karangsatria, atau Bekasi Utara pada umumnya.
Pelayanan di sini cepet dan selalu ramah. Untuk mau pelayanan yang tepat waktu, bisa melakukan booking jam terlebih dahulu.
Dokter yang praktek lumayan banyak, teman-teman bisa call dulu jika belum mengetahui jadwal praktek dokter yang ingin dituju.
Tempat perawatan dan menunggu nyaman.
Selama beberapa kali kesini, syukur alhamdulillah belum ada kendala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau tambal gigi cerita ny, padahal tambalan sebelumnya sdh copot klo mau di lepas pke tangan jg gampang,, eehh di bor timbang mau lepas tambalan lama aja dan ngeborny kegedean pula.
Tambalan jg nga rapi KECEWA, KECEWA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Control gigi anak pas Okt 2018. Ketika di tambal giginya, ga lama malah gusi bengkak dan bernanah. Akhirnya bw ke RS Hermina. Alhamdulillah sembuh. Kebayang khan sakitnya anak. Dan anehnya sblm masuk ke ruang pemeriksaan, ruangan bau asap rokok. Semoga ke depan bisa diperbaiki. Untuk ruangan nya bagus, dokter dan admin ramah ?
Control the child's teeth on Oct 2018. When the teeth are filled, it doesn't take long for the gums to become swollen and festering. Finally, I went to Hermina Hospital. Thank God it's healed. Imagine the pain of the child. And strangely before entering the examination room, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hopefully in the future it can be improved. The room is good, the doctor and admin are friendly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before any treatment, Patients are asked to sign a declaration form without being told what the declaration was about. Only after signing that the patients are told that the declaration says patients will accept any risk after treatment and will not sue any legal charges. Never in my life have I ever encountered such deceiving treatment.
On top of that, patients are not informed of any treatment plan, potential or estimated cost. So patients are left to a surprising bill upto 4,7 million IDR after treatment. No option for not paying.
And even with all the above circumstances, the patients problem may not be completely resolved. After going through painful root canal treatment 5 times and being told that the treatment is complete with total cost about 12million IDR, the pain in the tooth keeps coming back. This tells how incompetent the doctor is.
This dental practice is downright deceiving. Please look for other doctor for your own good.
