Hasil yang saya rasakan adalah pikiran terasa sangat nyaman dan damai. Badan terasa segar dan beban pikiran hilang.
 In my experience when hypnotherapy, my body felt very relaxed, like I was very sleepy and my eyes were difficult to open. But I was still conscious and heard the therapist's voice. The result I feel is that the mind feels very comfortable and peaceful. The body feels refreshed and the burden on the mind is gone.
