I ordered a wooden plate size 30x40cm on 13 Jan 2022 via Tokopedia. Two days after, company's admin texted me if I want to change size but she did not state reason why I need to change my original order.
True enough, three days after I received my item but it's a DEFECT stuff with so many cracks (see attached picture). When I complained, they offered me a free coaster. LOL oh WT.......
I decided to return the product as I don't trust this company & I did not want to have another dissapoinment (after they offered me a replace).
So guys....please be careful when you choose your purchase even this company has 5* in rating. LOL...
