★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sesuai rencana sebelumnya, kami melakukan service rutin di auto 2000 siliwangi Bgr seperti yg sdh bertahun-tahun kami lakukan sbg pelanggan service auto 2000, tetapi hari ini krn pembyaran dilakukan via transfer, mobil yg sdh selesai diservice sejak jam 10.30 tdk diizinkan keluar dg alasan transfer blm masuk (bukti transfer sdh ditunjukkan), lalu inisiatif karywan kami, diberikan STNK utk jd pegangan sambil menunggu transfer masuk jg, tdk diberikan.
Akhirnya saya datangi pd jam 11.45 di front office KOSONG, hanya ada 2 karyawati bag Booking Service salah satunya ibu Neng, stlh sy sampaikan masalahnya beliau membantu menghub bag kasir (Loket KOSONG), mnrt beliau Tetap mobil tdk bs diambil, saya berikan opsi sy berikan TUNAI awalnya tetap tidak diberikan oleh karyawan/ti yg ada didlm office (Ybs tidak mau keluar menemui saya, jd pembicaraan hanya via Ibu Neng) saya keberatan dg penahanan ini karena sdh sangat mempersulit kami. Jauh sekali dari motto Customer Satisfaction yg dulu menjadi 'Jiwa' Auto 2000 atau Astra group lainnya.
Hingga saya berfikir Jika kita Pelanggan yg sdh bertahun-tahun mempercayakan service ke Auto2000 jl.Siliwangi- Bogor tidak dipercaya, buat apa pula kami percaya dg Auto 2000 itu.
Saya sampaikan ini, karena saya kira prosedur yg dijalankan sudah keterlaluan, sepihak dan qtanpa mempertimbangkan kepentingan pelanggan, apalagi kepuasan pelanggan.

Finally I arrived at 11:45 at the EMPTY front office, there were only 2 employees for the Booking Service, one of them was Ms. Neng, after I told her the problem, she helped contact the cashier bag (EMPTY Counter), she was still a car that couldn't be taken, I gave the option CASH was originally not given by the employees in the office (He didn't want to come out to see me, so the conversation was only via Ms. Neng) I objected to this detention because it was very difficult for us. Far from the motto of Customer Satisfaction which used to be the 'Soul' of Auto 2000 or other Astra groups.
Until I think that if we are customers who have been entrusting service to Auto2000 jl.Siliwangi- Bogor for years, we don't trust, why should we trust that Auto 2000.
I submit this, because I think the procedures that have been carried out are outrageous, one-sided and without considering the interests of customers, let alone customer satisfaction.
