Tapi pas kemarin survey, dindingnya ada yang retak2, padahal masih dalam pengerjaan tukangnya dan dibilangnya sudah custom oleh pembelinya
Oya, dibiaya custom kalo melebihi luas bangunan standar kena charge 4.250.000, terbilang mahal sih karena ga jauh beda sama jakarta
Trus masih ada lahan kosong yang belum dibangun karena masih terkendala legalitas
