★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan swab antigen homecare nya bagus ? padahal cuma melayani 1 orang, cepet, tepat waktu pesan jam 10 beneran dateng jam 10.00, proses test nya juga cepat, sudah dibuatkan surat hasil nya langsung cuma tinggal dicoret negatif atau positif, jadi buat yang butuh hardcopy nya gak usah bingung. Tersedia senin - jumat dari jam 08.00 - 16.00 cuma sabtu - minggu jam 08.00 - 14.00 kalau lewat halodoc yaa, kalau chat via wa langsung mungkin malem juga bisa. Karena jarak jadi kliniknya cuma 2 km jadi gak ada biaya transport mungkin kalau lebih dari 5 km ada kali ya. Recommended bangettttt pokonyaaaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yg bersih dan nyaman, tes antigen sebelum keluar kota, pas diambil sampel ga sakit sama sekali, udah berkali-kali antigen dan pcr disini paling ga sakit, hasil keluarnya cepat dan yg pasti paling murah disekitar Ciputat, terima kasih dd klinik
Clean and comfortable clinic, antigen test before going out of town, when the sample was taken it didn't hurt at all, many times the antigen and PCR here don't hurt, the results are fast and definitely the cheapest around Ciputat, thank you dd clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ swab hasil + dari tgl 13, tgl 20 swab lg negatif, tgl 21 pcr eh ternyata + , hrusnya hasil pas positif terkonek di peduli lindunginya tgl 13 dongg, masa baru hari inii. jdi status hitamm nunggu 10 hri bru balik lagi, gjlsssss
swab + results from the 13th, the 20th the swab was negative again, on the 21st it turned out + , the result should have been positive when it was connected to care to protect it on the 13th, new period today. so the status is black, waiting for 10 days to come back again, gjlssss

Sayangnya, pengalamannya (-) juga. Lama nunggu ga dites2, ternyata mbaknya ga liat masih ada antrian.
Habis itu lama lagi nunggu, ternyata mbaknya lupa kasih printout hasil. Alasannya crowded...pdhl pasien tinggal saya doang.
Bintang 2 aja krn staff2nya sudah minta maaf. Tapi maaf juga, lain kali mending ga di sini sih tesnya.
Antigen here because it's with friends & it's free from Batik Air. Alhamdulillah (-).
Unfortunately, the experience is (-) too. Waited a long time, didn't get tested, it turns out that the lady didn't see there was still a queue.
After that, it took a long time to wait, apparently the lady forgot to give the printout the results. The reason is crowded... even if the patient is just me.
Just 2 stars because the staff have apologized. But I'm sorry, next time it's better not to be here for the test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus, tempatnya meskipun kecil tapi bersih dan nyaman.
(-) Tolong tertibkan tukang parkir, kalau mau dikelola mending dikelola. Kalau tidak dikelola jangan biarkan orang diluar lembaga seenaknya memungut parkir.
Punya pengalaman buruk parkir disini. Waktu datang ada bapak2 nongkrong berpakaian rapi tanpa atribut parkir. Pas sy datang maupun keluar ambil motor dia tetap duduk diam nongkrong. Sy pikir itu bukan tukang parkir, tapi pengunjung yg sedang berteduh. Sampai sy ambil motor dia juga tetep duduk diam. Tapi pas saya mau pergi dia teriak dan marah2. Akhirnya sy berhenti dan sy kasih uang. Tetep aja dia masih marah2.
Tolong ditertibkan tukang parkirnya. Jangan sampai pengunjung yg kesini terganggu bahkan sakit hati karena ulah arogan tukang parkir liar diluar lembaga.

(-) Please arrange parking attendants, if you want it to be managed, it's better to manage it. If it is not managed, don't let people outside the institution collect parking as they please.
Had a bad experience parking here. When they arrived there were gentlemen hanging out neatly dressed without parking attributes. When I came or went out to get a motorbike, he still sat quietly hanging out. I think it's not a parking attendant, but a visitor who is taking shelter. Until I took the motorbike he also remained sitting still. But when I was about to leave he was screaming and angry. Finally I stopped and I gave money. Still, he's still angry.
Please bring order to the parking attendant. Don't let visitors who come here be disturbed and even hurt because of the arrogant actions of illegal parking attendants outside the institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah tidak salah memilih Klinik DD sebagai FasKes 1 saya. Saya datang hari biasa sekitar jam 9 pagi, hanya antri 1 orang, tempat antriannya pun nyaman. Dokternya komunikatif dan teliti, staf adminnya juga ramah dan helpful terutama saat saya perlu bantuan menentukan RS rujukan. Semangat terus pertahankan kualitas pelayanannya ?
Thank God I didn't choose DD Clinic as my 1st Health Care Facility. I came a weekday around 9 am, only 1 person queued, the queue was comfortable. The doctor is communicative and thorough, the admin staff is also friendly and helpful, especially when I need help determining a referral hospital. The spirit continues to maintain the quality of service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya parah banget, ga professional sama sekali. Order layanan test antigen homevisit via halodoc jam 9 pagi. Sampai jam 9 lewat gaada yg konfirm jadi saya inisiatif telfon no. Telp kliniknya. Setelah itu saya baru di WA kalau bisanya cuman jam 2 siang (okelah, saya maklum aja karna emang skrg lagi banyak request test jadi ga masalah). Sampai jam 2 siang saya tunggu ga ada kabar, bahkan ga nanya alamat saya sama sekali. Jam 2.30 an baru dihubungi salah satu staff via WA menanyakan alamat. Saya langsung lega dan kirim alamatnya. TERNYATA SAMPAI JAM 6.30 MALAM SAYA TUNGGU TIDAK ADA KONFIRMASI SAMA SEKALI. Saya awalnya maklum berfikir positive karna req test menumpuk. Ternyata saat saya konfirm+mau protes jam 6.30 itu, staff sbelumnya malah bingung knp saya belum dihubungi sama petugasnya. Dan malah memutuskan untuk cancel tiba2 dengan alasan TIDAK ADA PETUGAS :). Bayangkan saya nunggu selama itu cuman buat test.
The service is really bad, not professional at all. Order the homevisit antigen test service via Halodoc at 9 am. Until 9 past no one confirmed so I took the initiative to call no. Call the clinic. After that I was only in WA if usually only at 2 pm (okay, I just understand because now there are a lot of test requests so it's not a problem). Until 2 pm I waited for no news, didn't even ask for my address at all. At 2.30, one of the staff contacted via WA asking for the address. I immediately relieved and sent the address. IT WAS UNTIL 6:30 PM I WAIT FOR NO CONFIRMATION AT ALL. At first I understood that I thought positively because the test reqs piled up. It turned out that when I confirmed + wanted to protest at 6.30, the previous staff were confused as to why I had not been contacted by the officer. And instead decided to cancel suddenly with the excuse of NO OFFICER :). Imagine I waited that long just to test.
