★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya selalu ingat jajanan crepes ini sejak masih SMA, selalu pesan varian yang sama dan rasanya pun masih sama yaitu smoked beef n cheese.
Dulu kalau mau beli antrinya panjang sekali karena gerainya belum banyak. Sekarang sudah bisa ditemui di banyak tempat. Servis ke pelanggan pun semakin baik.
Di Plaza Senayan gerai D'crepes bisa ditemui di food court. Lumayan kenyang untuk cemilan sore.
I always remember these crepes snacks since I was in high school, always order the same variant and the taste is still the same, namely smoked beef n cheese.
In the past, if you wanted to buy, the queue was very long because there were not many outlets. Now it can be found in many places. Service to customers is getting better.
At Plaza Senayan, D'crepes outlets can be found in the food court. Pretty full for an afternoon snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk Mbak Ayu(storeclerk), kalau memang bahan untuk pesanan customer tidak teraedia atau habis, harap konfirmasi di awal ya. Jangan main nembak harga gitu. Bukan teknik upselling yg baik. Saya minta choco cheese, kenapa tau2 di tawarkan menggunakan selai coklat dengan harga yg mahal tanpa konfirmasi dahulu?
For Ms. Ayu (storeclerk), if the material for the customer's order is not available or runs out, please confirm in advance. Don't play the price shoot like that. Not a good upselling technique. I asked for choco cheese, why do you know that it is offered using chocolate jam at a high price without prior confirmation?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya ada di lantai 3. Disini pelayanannya cukup baik, cepat, dan ramah untuk kasirnya. Sayangnya hal yang paling saya heran adalah disini tidak menyediakan SELAI KACANG. Apa alasannya? Sebagai konsumen D'Crepes belasan tahun, baru kali ini liat store yang tidak menyediakan selai kacang. Kecewa sekali.
The location is on the 3rd floor. Here the service is quite good, fast, and friendly for the cashier. Unfortunately the thing that I'm most surprised about here is that it doesn't provide PEANUT. What is the reason? As a customer of D'Crepes teens, this is the first time clay stores that do not provide peanut butter. Very dissapointed.
