★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dengan adanya driver thru di Indomart memang sangat memudahkan kita dalam berbelanja. Tetapi saya ingin memberikan masukan kepada Indomart agar memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi, karna tadi pagi saya driver thru disini saya menemukan karyawan (security) yang kurang sopan menegur pelanggan. Awalnya saya membeli Mie sedaap cup (2) dan saya ingin memasukan barang belanjaan saya ke dalam tas. Tetapi dari kejauhan saya ditegur oleh security yang sedang duduk dengan teguran yang terbilang tidak sopan karna security berkata "Woy, jalan". Kata security, padahal saya memasukan barang belanjaan tidak sampai 1 menit dan padahal dibelakang saya pun tidak ada kendaraan. Jadi mohon untuk dibenahi lagi untuk pelayanannya agar pelanggan makin betah berbelanja disini. Terima kasih
 Having a thru driver at Indomart makes it very easy for us to shop. But I want to provide input to Indomart in order to provide even better service, because this morning my driver thru here I found an employee (security) who was not polite to reprimand customers. Initially I bought cup noodles (2) and I wanted to put my groceries in my bag. But from a distance I was reprimanded by the security who was sitting with a warning that was considered impolite because the security officer said "Woy, go". Security said, even though I put my groceries in less than 1 minute and even though there was no vehicle behind me. So, please improve the service so that customers feel more comfortable shopping here. thank you

Sending goods to DC Indo is like hell for drivers ... there are no rules for everything to be bribery and unloading ... please apply queuing rules for unloading goods ... for example Alfamidi and Alfamart ... the goods in the car spoil if unloading at dc indomart
