★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurirnya tolong pecat pecatin klo memang sudh tidak mau bekerja. Alamat dan no tlp jelas koq d bilang "tlp ga d angkat2 dan alamat ga jelas" padahal loq tlp ga ada nomor masuk berkali kali. Kinerja buruk.. Inisiatif kurir buruk..
 The courier please fire the cracker if it doesn't want to work. The address and phone number is clear how come it says "the phone can't be picked up and the address isn't clear" even though you don't have the phone number entered many times. Poor performance .. Poor courier initiative ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket saya sudah sampai di DC Srengseng dari tanggal 16 September 2020, dan sampai hari ini tanggal 20 September 2020 paket saya belum juga terkirim ke destinasi pengiriman. Very disappointing!! Apa semua pegawai disini pada kena Covid? J&T tidak seharusnya menggunakan tag line Express, karena service kalian jauh dari kata express. Kita disini sebagai costumer memilih dan membayar jasa kalian untuk mempercayakan paket kami, bukan semata-mata hanya titip barang untuk dikirim. This is gonna be the last time I’ll use your delivery service!
My package has arrived at DC Srengseng from September 16, 2020, and until today, September 20, 2020, my package has not been sent to the delivery destination. Very disappointing !! Have all employees here been Covid? J&T should not use the Express tag line, because your service is far from the word express. We are here as customers who choose and pay for your services to entrust our packages, not just leave goods to be sent. This is gonna be the last time I'll use your delivery service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket saya sampai di dc srengseng jam 9am dari bandung. Dari dc srengseng harusnya dikirim ke pos pengumben malah dikirim ke bandung lagi. Jam 1 sampai lagi di jakarta. Sampai jam 17:00 belum juga sampe
My package arrived at DC Srengseng at 9am from Bandung. From DC Srengseng, it should have been sent to the Pengumben Post, instead it was sent to Bandung again. 1 hour to arrive in Jakarta. Until 17:00 it hasn't arrived yet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini gimana sieh paket di hold terusss2an pas di cek status terakhir di hold pengiriman dan sudah dapat persetujuan dari penerima..pdahal PIHAK J&T/KURIR GA ADA SAMA SEKALI HUB SAYA HP SELALU NYALA GA PERNAH MATI DAN ADA ORANG DIRUMAH JUGA. SEENAK-ENAKNYA BILANG BEGITU. Ngeselin bgt. Barang cuma dari Bandung ke Jakarta dr hari Kamis di kirim smpe skrg hari Minggu ga smpe2. Salah rute pengiriman juga dr j&t pdhal saya tulis alamat lengkap dan no hp selalu nyala..
This is how the package is being held continuously when I check the status of the last shipment on hold and has received approval from the recipient.. even though THE J&T/COURIER ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL MY HUB HUB IS ALWAYS ON, NEVER OFF AND SOMEONE IS HOME ALSO. AS ENJOYABLE TO SAY THAT. Very annoying. Items only from Bandung to Jakarta from Thursday are sent until now on Sunday, not until Sunday. Wrong delivery route too from J&T even though I wrote the full address and the cellphone number is always on..
