★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ekspedisi paling gila , gaada tanggung jawabnya sama sekali , harusnya barang udh sampe dr tgl 9 sampe skrg tgl 13 masih blm sampe juga , udh didatengin langsung ke gudangnya masih pulang dgn tangan kosong jg karna org gudang barang yg tau itu kurirnya , pas saya spamin chat kurirnya katanya org gudang yg tau , dilempar2 trus kaya org ga punya otak , di chat kurirnya katanya barang nya mau dicari dulu kalo ketemu baru saya anter itu otaknya dmn ya ??

Hopefully it will be a learning from the start which usually underestimates the work. And not professional at work. Hopefully gradually the customer will not leave and lose the prestige of J & T due to performance. Because courier services many choices who is the best he will be successful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa bgt sih, pdhl dr shopee dikirim hri kamis, di tebet sudah sampai hr sabtu sampai skrg barang belum sampe. Terus di tlp sama sekali tdk diangkat. Kesel pdhl itu brg penting bgt mo nangis;( tlp cs j&t cuma suruh tunggu responnya aja.
How disappointed, even though Dr Shopee was sent hri thursday, it was arrived at Saturday until Saturday until the item hasn't arrived. Then on the phone I didn't pick up at all. It's always important to moan crying; (cs c & d just told to wait for a response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket tiba di tebet kamis malam dan dibiarkan hingga senin pagi baru dikirim. Pengiriman dari surabaya rabu, sampai penerima di jakarta senin. Mantap j&t uda bikin cust saya khawatir????
The package arrived at Tebet Thursday night and was left until Monday morning only sent. Delivery from Surabaya Wednesday, until the recipient in Jakarta Monday. Great J & T has made my custers worry????
