saya baru di beritahukan pukul 14.55 untuk ke kantor day trans, perjalanan rumah sampai kantor kurang lebih 17KM, saya telfon & chat di WhatsApp tidak ada respon, di respon setelah armada sudah berangkat baru di hub maaf tiket hangus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kirim paket dari bandung ke deplu bintaro sumpah lama bgt! Estimasi 3-4 jam ini sampe 5 jam lebih belom sampe dan gada etiket baiiknya pihak daytrans mengkonfirmasi keterlambatan nya. Bahkan saya yg harus menanyakan paket sudah tiba apa belom bukan dari pihak mereka! Sangat di sayangkan travel ternama kualitas bobrok!
I sent a package from Bandung to the Department of Foreign Affairs, Bintaro, I swear it took so long! This 3-4 hour estimate has taken more than 5 hours to arrive and there is no good etiquette for Daytrans to confirm the delay. Even I had to ask whether the package had arrived or not, not from their side! It's a pity that the famous travel dilapidated quality!
