★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food tastes very traditional, culturally rich in flavor. It's like being transported to Japan. We ordered Sashimi-mix Don, and everything tastes fresh and clean. Their wasabi is freshly grated, and it brings the flavor up onto another dimension.
We also did order tempura; the shrimp and vegetables are fried at just the right crisp. The tempura sauce tastes very mild, yet flavorful and soft in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dashi is kinda soup which used in Japanese cuisine. It forms the base of Japanese food to accentuate the savory flavor as umami. This restaurant focuses on this Dashi which is quite rare in Jakarta. I tried Samma kamameshi (just like claypot rice with saury fish), and it was rather gougeous. First you can taste claypot rice it self, and later on pour dashi soup into the bowl to enjoy the collaboration of rice and soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time came here based on my bf recommendation. IT IS SO GOOOOD! AND TASTEFUL! With its authentic taste and premium ingredients, i couldnt say more, Price is not that high for a set menu and its worth it. I ordered Grilled Saba Set and its quite fulfilled my stomach. Will definitely come back to try another menu.
