Saya driver ojol dpt orderan .lama d proses.biasa nya saya dpt tidak lgsung saya dteng d proses .ini sengaja syaa menunggu d luar area stngh jam kurang lebih.saya dteng ke resto gak tau nya blm d proses dan blm cetak struk .padahlsudah saya kasih waktu stngh jam untuk mroses orderan tapi sesampai nya di resto blm d proses juga tolong lah kerja sama nya.anatara resto dan driver agar tidak dapat komen jelek dari customer..hal pertama yg komen jelek bukn resto.tapi driver dri customer dan bisa meng qkibatkan putus mitra ...jangan berat sebelah dong dan maunya berpihak yg dine in .payah bener" payah dapur solo siloam karawaci !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesen di dapur solo BSD dan Melati Mas ga pernah masalah. Pesen di outlet ini via gojek masalah banget. Pesen pake nasi ayam semarang biasanya ada ayam goreng, di outlet ini masa cuma suwiran sesendok? Konyol sekali outlet ini.
Boleh di cek karyawannya karna ini merusak kepercayaan konsumen dan citra perusahaan. Jujur sangat kecewa dengan quality control di outlet ini.
Ordering at BSD and Melati Mas solo kitchens is never a problem. Ordering at this outlet via gojek is really a problem. Orders with chicken rice from Semarang usually have fried chicken, is it only a spoonful of shredded at this outlet? This outlet is ridiculous.
It can be checked by employees because this destroys consumer confidence and the company's image. Honestly very disappointed with the quality control at this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makanan khas Indonesia cuma layanannya agak lambat dan untuk tahu telurnya ngga rekomen banget. Beda banget sama foto. Terasa seperti makan telur dadar pakai potongan lontong dan sedikit potongan kentang sama sekali tidak terasa tahunya.
Setelah dikonfirmasi kepada pihak terkait ternyata memang tahunya sedikit dan kecil sekali kalau dipisah dari bumbu nya cuma terlihat seperti putih telur yang tidak teraduk rata. Bumbunya pun kurang oke jadi tidak rekomen untuk tahu telornya.
Kalau untuk menu lain masih lumayan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makanannya enak, bersih suasana resto dan makanannya, dan Manager serta Karyawannya ramah dan sangat helpful terutama Bu Dinda yang jadi Manager saat ini di Dapur Solo Summarecon Mall Serpong. Dulu pernah order take away tapi ketinggalan, trus Bu Dinda ini sangat menolong. Begitupun hari ini pas dine in sangat ramah dan baik sekali. Sukses terus ya. Ini become my fav resto di SMS
The food is delicious, the restaurant atmosphere is clean and the food is clean, and the Manager and his employees are friendly and very helpful, especially Mrs. Dinda who is the current Manager at the Solo Kitchen Summarecon Mall Serpong. In the past, I ordered take away but missed it, then Mrs. Dinda was very helpful. Likewise today at dine-in was very friendly and very kind. Continued success. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya order : Bakwan surabaya dan soto betawi melalui Grab Food.
Makanan tiba msh dlm kondisi di sealed. Lalu saya buka di menu bakwan surabaya hanya di beri 3 pcs bakso sapi + kuahnya. Sedangkan isian lainya spt: Siomay, bakso tahu dan otak2 ikan tidak ada.
Mohon di perhatikan di bagian dapur pada saat pengemasan ya. Lebih teliti lagi ya. Nexttime.
30 menit kemudian, staff dapur solo mengantarkan bakwan surabaya yang tertinggal td dan bonus surabi solo. Trima kasih atas solusinya ??
