★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah telat 36 hari dari pembayaran pinjaman traveloka ada 9 semua. Slow respon cs bilangnya selalu tunggu2 lg dalan proses penagihan padahal dananya lagi perlu. Tiap hari dibayar sedikit2 biasanya full .padahal dulu selalu ontime pembayaranya cuma belakangan ini selalu telat pembayaranya.mohon agar layanan ditingkatkan agar selalu ontime pembayaran ke nasabah dan tolong segera dibayarkan yg kepending karena dana perlu bgt.tim penangihan tlg difollow up terus dan dibayar full.dulu bagus ontime & full.skrg sy kecewa dgn danamas bayar telat dan dicicil2 dikit2.kurang recomend sekarang.tolong layanan ditingkatkana kaya dulu donk,ga recomend skrg..tlg pembayaran ontime biar ga kalah bersaing dengan fintech yg lain yg sudah banyak skrg.kepada piham manajemen mohon dananya segera dibayarkan full.thx
It's been late 36 days from paying traveloka loans there are 9 all. Slow response cs say always wait for the billing process even though the funds are needed again. Every day paid a little is usually full. In the past, it was always ontime to pay only lately to pay late. Please increase the service so that payment is always on the customer and payment is immediately paid because the fund is needed. The recovery team is followed up and paid in full. I used to be good ontime & full. I'm disappointed with Danamas to pay late and installments in installments. I don't recommend it now. Please improve the service first, don't recommend it now. For ontime payments, it won't be able to compete with other finteches. Piham Management requests that the funds be paid in full

not recomended.management must be improved .

- very difficult to read the report, loading for 20 seconds
- no email notif when the loan already paid or late payment, totally not user friendly
