proses pencairan sangat lama. waktu yg dijanjikan sendiri di websitenya meleset. attitude staffnya tidak profesional. harus dikejar-kejar kalau mau cepat. itu juga alasannya sangat aneh. masa 4 minggu "masih di meja direksi"? atau "kita lihat saja semoga senin direksi masuk semua". Dan setelah 5 minggu (janjinya 10 hari kerja), kata-kata "ya nanti saya transfer deh minggu2 ini", kan "masih dalam proses" dll masih keluar. Sungguh tidak layak sbg penyandang nama Jaya kalau pelayanannya seperti ini. Sangat birokratis jaman dulu. Sangat bukan khas era 4.0. Kalau bisa saya ingin bicara dg penanggung jawabnya. sebagai pengelola dana yg tidak sedikit, saya sungguh berharap adanya attitude yg setara dengan customer service bank-bank swasta. belum lagi kalau kita mengontak alamat kontak di websitenya, gak bakal pernah ada jawaban. Sungguh pelayanan yang buruk dan tidak profesional.
the disbursement process is very long. the promised time itself on its website misses. attitude of the staff is not professional. must be chased if you want fast. it's also a very strange reason. 4 weeks "still on the board's table"? or "we'll see hopefully Monday directors enter all". And after 5 weeks (the promise is 10 working days), the words "yes, I will transfer it this week", right "still in process" etc. are still out. It's really not worth the name Jaya if the service is like this. Very bureaucratic in the past. Very not typical of the 4.0 era. If possible I want to talk to the person in charge. As a manager of funds that are not small, I really hope for an attitude that is equivalent to the customer service of private banks. not to mention if we contact the contact address on the website, there will never be an answer. Really poor and unprofessional service.
