★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak usah nabung di DPA buat pensiun, yang ada Pensiun Sengsara Bersama DPA, sebulan saja minus 11 juta tabungan saya, Parah, gitu masih ngadain promo, hadiah dll, duit ku juga yang dipakai
There is no need to save in DPA for retirement, there is a Miserable Pension with DPA, only a month is minus 11 million. My savings are bad, so I still have promos, gifts etc., my money is also used

Sangat sangat tidak di rekomendasikan .
very bad, CLAIM status is slow, asked via wa, the answer seems dirty and unsatisfactory, the disbursement process is difficult and takes up to 2 months,
Very very not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, very slow in the claim process. The CS is very awful and not friendly. Also, I have to face complicated claim process though the fault is in DPA. Very bad last impression with astra because of DPA. Tidak cepat tanggap, padahal di awal dijanjikan akan dikabari kalau ada data yg harus diubah akan dihubungi lebih dulu. Eh ini sudah lewat masa yg dijanjikan, ga ada yg follow up, dan kalau saya ga follow up duluan sepertinya akan dilewatkan.
