★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asri dan damai, sesuai namanya. Dekat kemana-mana juga: pasar, sekolah, Halim dll. Alhamdulillah gak banjir, terbukti saat banjir tahunan Jakarta yang cukup parah.
Beautiful and peaceful, as the name implies. Near everywhere: markets, schools, Halim etc. Alhamdulillah, it wasn't flooded, it was proven during Jakarta's annual floods that were quite severe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ baru mau cari rumah di daerah lbg buaya pas masuk perumahan ini bagus jg. pas mutar2 perum nya kenapa kotor sekali banyak kotoran anjing di jalanan perumahannya sampai ban mobil saya jg kena lindasan . mohon pihak kebersihannya lebih di perhatikan lg. recana mau beli jd mikir2 de.
I just wanted to find a house in the crocodile area when I entered this housing it was good too. When I turned around the Perum, why was it so dirty, there was so much dog droppings on the streets of the housing, that my car tire was also hit by a run over. please pay more attention to cleanliness. plan to buy so think about it.
