★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan dakota cargo sangat buruk, sdh 5hari tidak ada perkembangan, (15/07/2020-20/07/2020) ekspedisi gak bermutu, semua customer servis ditelpon tdk ada yg mengangkat
dakota cargo service is very bad, in 5 days there was no progress, (15/07/20-20-20 / 07/2020) the expedition was not of quality, all customer services were called no one answered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya 2 lantai. Lantai 1 buat nimbang barang, lantai 2 buat bikin resi. Tapi naik tangganya harus hati2 karena cukup curam. Penjaga counternya ramah cuma ya itu tempatnya gak nyaman, gelap dan ya agak kotor. Tapi cargonya pengiriman ke jawa-bali harganya cukup murah dibanding yg lain
The place is 2 floors. 1st floor for weighing things, 2nd floor for making receipts. But to climb the stairs must be careful because it is quite steep. The counter guards are friendly, but the place is uncomfortable, dark and rather dirty. But the cost of shipping to Java is quite cheap compared to the others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya agak sempit, buat yang belum tahu barangnya mending di timbang / ukur volumenya di rumah biar gak nunggu lama, dan masih menggunakan timbangan manual yg pake batu kiloann belum digital. semoga ulasan ini bisa membantu buat teman-teman2 yang mau kirim barang ke luar kota. untuk harga normal sih tergantung volume dan beratnya yg mana lebih banyak itu yang menjadi patokannya
