Worse, I have lived here, when my friend wanted to stop by, he saw a girl wearing a miniskirt in and out. Hopefully it can be raided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar kurang bersih, kamar mandi terutama. Airnya mandet, AC bagus, tidak ada tv. Sewa 1 malam cuman Rp. 100.000. Deket jalan raya, harga sesuai kondisi. Bisa sampe 24 jam bukanya. Parkiran motor cukup luas. Kamar masih banyak yg kosong. Deket dengan ITC Roxy.
Rooms are less clean, bathrooms especially. The water is mandatory, the AC is good, there is no TV. Rent 1 night only Rp. 100,000 Near the highway, the price is according to the conditions. Can arrive 24 hours open. Motorcycle parking area is quite extensive. Many rooms are still empty. Get close to ITC Roxy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost AC terbaik dan termurah di roxy, stelah saya survey dari sekian kosan. Udah 1 tahun lebih disini, pengurusnya ramah siap bantu kalo ada masalah. Wifinya kenceng, cuma di lantai 2 yg aga kurang dikit.
The best and cheapest AC boarding house in Roxy, after I surveyed all the boarding houses. It's been more than 1 year here, the friendly management is ready to help if there is a problem. The wifi is fast, only on the 2nd floor which is a bit lacking.
