Pelayanan baik, makanan tersaji cepat dan banyak menu baru.. namun masukan untuk d'cost cim, sepertinya posisi meja dan bangku sekitar jendela harus diatur lagi supaya tidak terlalu sempit.. kami yang duduk dipojok terjebak dan kesulitan keluar masuk karena terhalang oleh bangku2 pengunjung lain yang sedang makan. Over all tapi okee..
Good service, fast food and lots of new menus ... but input for d'cost cim, it looks like the position of tables and benches around the window should be adjusted again so that it is not too narrow ... we are sitting in a corner trapped and having trouble getting in and out because it is blocked by visitors' benches others who are eating. Over all but ok ..

Jadi penilaian keseluruhan.. utk dine in saat pandemi dcost cipinang indah mol ini masih kurang prokes nya ya.. contoh nya penataan bangku2 yg berdekatan, walaupun sudah di beri tanda X di kursi tapi masih bisa digunakan., Ditambah masuk area dcost tidak lagi di terapkan ukur suhu badan.. kemudian utk Pemesanan. Online melalui grabfood atau gofood kurang cepat contohnya pemesanan by grabfood dimana orderan yg masuk menurut driver adalah orderan priority/ pilihan tentu harusnya disiapkan wlaupun driver masih dlm perjalanan menuju resto dcost, kenyataan nya penerapan hal itu tidak ada, driver bercerita bahwa sesampai nya ke resto pesanan blum diproses, saya tanya kenapa tidak telepon, driver katakan bahwa tlpn ke dcost tidak di respon (tidak di angkat) . Jadi saat driver sampai, kasir baru buka perangkat online merchant (grabfood) nya,.. hal ini tentu memakan waktu,, apalagi bila pesanan dine in atau online byk.. mohon management dcost cipinang perhatikan lagi. Makin kesini dcost cipinang makin kurang baik pelayanan nya.. terimakasih..

Saat makanan sudah habis baru diinfo, koki memasak salah bumbu dan menunggu 5 menit lagi, sedangkan baru keluar 10 menit kemudian, yang mengantar hanya diam, tidak ada omongan maaf atau apapun harus banyak belajar dalam pelayanan
