★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini pada selasa, 30 nov 2021 saya dan rekan saya membeli dbesto, setelah itu kita mau bayar masing-masing dan uang nya kebetulan 50 dan 100 rb.
Setelah rekan saya membayar menggunakan uang 50 rb dan menerima kembalian
Giliran saya yang membayar, tetapi pada saat saya akan membayar dengan uang tunai 100rb crew store sekaligus kasir di dbesto tersebut menyarankan saya untuk menggunakan uang dari kembalian rekan saya dengan alasan uang recehnya akan diputar kembali untuk orang lain, saya menolak karena saya dan rekan saya berbeda untuk uangnya tetapi crew store memaksa untuk tetap menggunakan uang kembalian rekan saya, saya tetap bersikeras untuk tidak mau karena kita berbeda dan crew store tetap memaksa, ahirnya saya meminjam uang rekan saya karena crew store sangat sangat memaksa tidak menghargai pelanggan.
Tolong ya saya pelanggan tidak mau tau urusan keuangan store mau diputar atau dijungkir balikan tu uang saya ga peduli, saya merasa tidak dihargai dan tidak dianggap sebagai pelanggan ya di dbesto itu
Tolong lah perbaiki kinerja nya, saya juga pelanggan punya hak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan baik dan ramah tanpa harus mengetahui urusan dibelakang itu!!!!
Saya harap kedepannya tidak terjadi seperti ini lagi kepada orang lain

Today on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, my colleague and I bought dbesto, after that we wanted to pay each and the money happened to be 50 and 100 thousand.

It was my turn to pay, but when I was going to pay with 100 thousand cash the store crew as well as the cashier at dbesto advised me to use the money from my colleague's change on the grounds that the change would be replayed for someone else, I refused because my colleague and I were different for the money but the store crew forced me to keep using my colleague's change, I still insisted I didn't want to because we were different and the store crew insisted, in the end I borrowed my colleague's money because the store crew was very pushy and didn't respect customers.
Please, I'm a customer, I don't want to know that the store's financial affairs are going to be twisted or turned upside down, I don't care, I feel unappreciated and not considered a customer at dbesto
Please improve the performance, I am also a customer, I have the right to get good and friendly service without having to know the business behind it!!!!
