★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk udah 4 kali order gak pernah bener padahal datang langsung dan minuman kurang juga,ayam gepreknya terlalu asin dan banyak minyak.
Bad service, 4 times the order was never right even though it came directly and the drinks were lacking too, the geprek chicken was too salty and lots of oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 10an pagi kesini mau beli burger. Dibilang burgernya blm dtng. Nanti dtng sore jam 4. Oke sy tunggu nanti balik lg sore krn istri lg pengen burger murmer & gamau yg jauh2 dr rumah. Malem sekitar jam 7 sy balik lg dibilangnya td ada pengantaran stok tp ga bawa burger.
Mungkin ini alasan aja krn staffnya males bikin burger. Mungkin ya sy jg ga ngerti. Tp intinya pelayanannya PAYAH dan SANGAT TIDAK MEMUASKAN. Beda bgt sm besto yg sy beli di jkt. Burger aja ga ada. Klo gitu hapus aja burger dr menunya! Gmn mau jd brand gede klo hal receh aja ga becus ditangani. Sepele sih emang cuma burger doang, tp jd bad impression yg bikin sy ga akan mau kesitu lagi.

It's trivial, it's just a burger, but it's a bad impression that makes me won't want to go there again.
