β β β β β Saya order pintu kamper.. Dikasih waktu 2 bln tp handle pintu belon siap ketika mau dipasang, akhirnya saya beli sendiri... Utk harga gak terlalu mahal, tp kualitas ya sesuai harga, sambungan nya banyak yg pecah.. Kayu nya jg suka memuai dan menyusut... Akhirnya semua pintu dibongkar dan dirapihin lg, ya sudahlah...
I ordered camphor door .. Given 2 months but the door handle is not ready when I want it installed, finally I buy it myself ... For the price is not too expensive, but the quality is according to price, the connection is broken a lot .. The wood also likes to expand and shrunk ... β β β β β Toko ini sangat tidak profesional. Mereka tidak tepati janjinya untuk membuatkan kusen pintu dalam waktu 10 hari. Tolong belajar untuk dapat pegang komitmen konsumen jika mau usaha'nya dipercaya orang banyak.

β β β β β Saya pesan 3 pintu minimalist + jasa pasang (awalnya free engsel). Sudah dibilang di awal kalau pengiriman langsung pemasangan, 2x pengiriman katanya pemasangan nya menyusul besok tp tidak di infokan sblm pengiriman - pintu kembalikan krn kesalahan pihak toko sendiri malah free engsel ga jd krn katanya jadi ganti rugi biaya ongkir.
Begitu pemasangan sudah tau akan pasang 3 set pintu harus nya datang lebih awal krn ramadhan, datang sudah siang 13.30 baru pemasangan 2 pintu (blm termasuk pemasangan handle) sudah minta pulang di lanjut besok krn mau persiapan buka puasa padahal baru jam 3 sore, jelas saya sbg konsumen protes eh malah seakan disalahkan krn protes. Alhasil sudah bayar lunas - pemasangan baru 1/2 jalan alhasil hitung2an jasa pasang.
Ternyata di tgl 30 maret beliau ada promo pintu Rp. 200.000 untuk wabah corona tapi nyatanya saya datang tgl 4 april tanpa mengetahui promo mereka tidak menawarkan promo tsb memberikan harga normal seharga Ro. 600.000,-/ pintu. Next baiknya jangan dibayar lunas terlebih dahulu agar dari vendor lebih menghargai konsumen.

It turned out that on the 30th of March he had a door promo of Rp. 200,000 for the corona outbreak but in fact I came on April 4th without knowing the promo they did not offer the promo they gave a normal price for Ro. 600,000 / door. Next, it is better not to be paid in full so that the vendors respect the consumers more.
