★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang paling saya suka dari Primatindo adalah sifat responsif staffnya. Koordinasi melalui WA & email lancar sehingga nggak perlu bolak-balik tempat print. Semua bisa beres jarak jauh, mau gosend untuk pickup juga gampang karena di sekitar lokasi banyak gojek. Kualitas print juga OK, waktu proses cepat, dan kalau kita bingung dengan teknis seperti ukuran & jenis kertas, staffnya selalu sabar menjelaskan.
 What I like most about Primatindo is the responsive nature of its staff. Coordination via WA & email is smooth so there is no need to go back and forth where to print. Everything can be sorted out remotely, want to gosend for pickup is also easy because around the location of many gojek. The print quality is also OK, the processing time is fast, and if we are confused with technicalities such as paper size & type, the staff always patiently explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gokil pelayanan jelek banget orangnya suka2 staff marahin staff lain depan customer. trus terakhir print hasilnya 5 lembah pecah semua sampe gak kebaca, padahal kalau tau filenya kekecilan dikabarin dr awal tp staffnya males jadinya lajnjutin print. pas di komplain malah blg kembaliin aja barangnya bukannya diperbaikin printnya minta maaf jg engga. paarah kacau bgt
gokil really bad service, people like the staff angry at other staff in front of the customer. Then the last print, the results are 5 valleys broken, all of them can't be read, even though if you know the file is too small, you will report it from the start but the staff are lazy, so continue to print. when I complained, I haven't just returned the item instead of repairing the print, I'm sorry or not. bad messed up
