Curug Ciburial. If you take a road from below first, this is the first spring waterfall you can reach, but the paths here so steep, and you will have to climb soil stairs that local people built there. There's a 3 giant rock that so iconic i mention, this 3 rock maybe once located deep in the mountain, 2 rock hold up and intercept the flow of water, i think this 2 rock is cracks from 1 huge unity rock, and 1 rock is lying down on side so we can step on in. This place named from a creepy folklore and mysterious stories, "Ci" is meaning water, and "Burial" which means to boil or refuse, is believed there is a river in which there is a wave that resembles a tornado blast, and like a water vacuum machine. According to the elder of Ciburial village, anyone who has entered into it will not be saved because of the very swift stream of water. I mention word of burial in english is mean cemetry or funeral.... creepy. I learnt from people here, that they give us some advise when we comeback here again someday, they said "if you going here on rainy season, better you take road from below first, because you'll get your jackpot on top waterfall that you can swim in to (curug hordeng)". Yeeaah... that is tough, we going here on rainy season, and too bad we take a wrong track choose above first, i can't swim here, beside it's water level too high, the stream is so strong and i mention the local people here warning us "do not take a swim if you wanna be save.." But don't be disappointed, they said it's safe to swim there when on dry season, because water level is low and the strem no so strong, and we all have to give a try on next trip here, our promise.

Curug Ciburial has the highest waterfall compare to Curug Kembar and Curug Hordeng. She is also have the most deepest pool, up to 6 meters. The water is pure, fresh, and cold. You will find a blue string across the pool to indicate the depth (and for safety). The local people also put yellow string for visitor to cross. Careful for it's stream. Definitely, not recommended if you visit here during raining season. To reach this place, you will need to trek 40-60 minutes by foot. Or you may get Ojek from the start point for 20-30k IDR/person. Don't worry about the food, the local people sell in a very cheap price for food, snack and drinks.

Trekking for around 3km from car park to curug. You can visit 3 curug there: Curug Hordeng, Curug Kembar, Curug Ciburial. It only takes a few minutes from one curug to another curug. Its worthed to be there ??
