★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamis, 3 Maret 2022 pukul 17.35.11 detik WIB, truck milik CTL yang dikendarai oleh bapak J menabrak neon box milik kami di Jl Raya Keadilan No 7, sawangan, Depok. Kondisi Neon box hancur di kedua sisinya (depan dan belakang) lampu masih bisa menyala namun semua akriliknya hancur hingga pecahannya hampir mengenai warga (semua terekam cctv)
Saat diminta pertanggung jawaban, driver hampir kabur hingga akhirnya di kejar oleh warga sekitar. Driver mengaku bekerja di salah satu pabrik yang kebetulan dekat lokasi kejadian dan memberikan nomor tlp yang bisa dihubungi untuk ganti rugi, selain itu driver juga memberikan KTP sebagai jaminan driver akan kembali lagi ke lokasi kejadian untuk mengganti kerugian tersebut pada esok harinya (4 Maret 2022)
Tetapi hingga 5 Maret 2022, driver tidak kunjung datang dan sudah dihibungi berkali-kali tetap tidak ada jawaban sedikit pun. Hingga akhinya kami mendatangi pabrik yang disebut sebagai driver adalah tempat ia bekerja. Saat sampai di pabrik tersebut kami mendapat jawaban yang kurang mengenakkan karena ternyata driver tidak bekerja disana, driver hanya bekerja untuk mengangkut pesanan pelanggan dari pabrik tersebut. Bahkan karyawan pabrik pun tidak ada yang mengenal driver ini.
Setelah dibantu oleh pabrik tersebut, akhirnya kami mendapatkan identitas perusahaan tempat driver bekerja yang ternyata adalah di PT Citra Transport Logistic (CTL). Kami juga mendapat nomor telepon bagian operasional CTL bernama pak N namun sangat disayangkan jawabannya seolah mereka tidak melakukan kesalahan (padahal bukti sudah ditunjukkan dengan jelas) dan hingga hari ini (21 Maret 2022) kami tidak mendapat ganti rugi sedikitpun, permintaan maaf pun tidak, sedangkan Bapak J (driver) sama sekali tidak bisa dihubungi sejak kejadian.
Semoga kedepannya perusahaan CTL mampu memperkerjakan karyawan yang mau bertanggung jawab atas kesalahannya atau paling tidak memiliki itikad baik jika melakukan kesalahan yang merugikan banyak pihak, serta tidak mengatasnamakan perusahaan lain yang tidak ada kaitannya.
Hingga hari ini saya masih menunggu itikad baik dari pihak CTL, baik dari Pak N, Pak J maupun penanggung jawab CTL yang mungkin belum tau kejadian ini.
Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 17.35.11 seconds WIB, CTL's truck driven by Mr. J crashed into our neon box on Jl Raya Keadilan No 7, sawangan, Depok. The condition of the Neon box is destroyed on both sides (front and back) the lights can still work but all the acrylic is destroyed until the shards almost hit the residents (all recorded on cctv)
When asked for responsibility, the driver almost ran away until finally being chased by local residents. The driver claimed to work at a factory which happened to be near the scene and provided a telephone number that could be contacted for compensation, besides that the driver also provided an ID card as a guarantee that the driver would return to the scene to compensate for the loss the next day (4 March 2022)
But until March 5, 2022, the driver has not come and has been contacted many times, still no answer at all. Until finally we went to the factory called the driver is where he works. When we arrived at the factory, we received an unpleasant answer because it turned out that the driver did not work there, the driver only worked to transport customer orders from the factory. Not even factory employees know this driver.
After being assisted by the factory, we finally got the identity of the company where the driver worked which turned out to be PT Citra Transport Logistics (CTL). We also got a telephone number for the CTL operations department named Mr. N but it's a shame the answer seems like they didn't do anything wrong (even though the evidence has been clearly shown) and until today (21 March 2022) we haven't received any compensation, no apology, while Mr J (driver) has not been contacted at all since the incident.
Hopefully in the future the CTL company will be able to hire employees who are willing to take responsibility for their mistakes or at least have good faith if they make mistakes that harm many parties, and do not act on behalf of other companies that have nothing to do with it.
To this day, I am still waiting for the goodwill from the CTL, both from Mr. N, Mr. J and the person in charge of CTL who may not know about this incident.
