★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selamat siang saya mau tanya ini kan6or cs yg dulu di rawamangun bukan.. soalnya saya cari kantor ini gk ketemu mau ambil BPKB motor saya yg sudah lunas 6 tahun yg lalu.. dan satu hal lagi.. waktu itu saya di tipu oleh pihak penagih external atas nama Marseles dia memaksa saya untuk membayar angsuran saya 2 bulan melalui rekening dia tapi ternyata tidak di setor ke cs finance.. bagaimana pertanggung jawaban dari pihak cs finance terhadap nasabahnya yg sudah di rugikan...
