Programs are made for all level fitness level, age groups and genders. They also have specialty programs like yoga, gymnastic and olympic and weight lifting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a drop-in at CrossFit 6221. My experience was like what I expect from a professional CrossFit Box. The coach gave a detailed briefing of the WOD and corrected me and others during the workout whenever needed. The equipment was in a good shape.
Bonus: The box has 3 showers (at least for the boys) which were very clean.
I recommend this box to everyone who likes to do professional CrossFit safe and with fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not just the friendliest box in Jakarta, but maybe all of Southeast Asia! I've been traveling for a few months and visited a lot of boxes, and I immediately felt like part of the crew when I dropped in here. I bought a 3 day pass while I was visiting for the holidays.
The WODs were all challenging (especially Linda, which nearly killed me), and the coaches were great. The classes did all run a bit long, but I had nowhere else to be. They've also got all sorts of equipment including a few GHDs, slam balls, an assault bike (boo), rings for muscle ups, rowers... and right now they're expanding their space!
Overall, this is an amazing gym that I'm so glad I dropped into. Highly recommended if you're in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ive been training with them for 3+ years now. One of a few CrossFit affiliate in Jakarta an the best functional fitness gym in Jakarta.
They have one of if not the best fitness community in town, all the coaches, staff and members are very kind and friendly.
Their coaches are well certified and helpful in developing people whether it is for daily fitness or performance fitness.
Ultimately it has developed me to be fitter in all areas of fitness.
Classes are taught in English but Bahasa Indonesia is also available.
The toilet and bathroom are very clean.
Venue is aircon'd.
