★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luar biasa.. luar biasa kecewanya.. secara umum, hasil dan kualitas upholsterynya oke. Tapi pelayanannya cukup bikin geleng2. Jadi awalnya, saya sudah kontak ibu B melalui nomor WA Cris Jok, untuk konsultasi dan pilih2 bahan.. saya ingin bahan micro, diberikanlah 2 contoh bahan, 1 kulit jeruk, 1nya yg halus. Pilihan saya jatuh pd yg berbahan halus dan saya sudah WA tipe dan warna bahan yg diinginkan dan ibu B pun sudah konfirmasi. Selang bbrp hr, pd saat pemasangan, ternyata, pemasangan makan waktu lama sekali karena pegawai yg masang hanya 1 org. Dan jreng2.. bahan yg dipasang, bukan bahan yg dipesan. Saya kemudian coba komplain, dan so ibu B bersikukuh tidak salah bahan, sampai akhirnya saya screenshot chat sebelumnya.. ketika saya minta diganti dengan bahan yg halus (sesuai pesanan awal), ibu B minta tambah biaya, pdhal kesalahan ada di pihak ibu B. Ibu B bilang bhw tipe2 bahan banyak sekali dan beliau tidak hafal. Seakan menyuruh saya maklum adanya. Akhirnya, setelah perdebatan panjang, ibu B akhirnya mau mengganti joknya ke pesanan awal tnp ada penambahan biaya. Selang 2 minggu, ketika mau pasang jok kembali, ibu B kembali meminta penambahan biaya, seakan perdebatan yg lalu itu tidak terjadi. Seolah ini kesalahan di pihak customer yg ingin ganti bahan. Luar biasa kan bikin geleng2nya..
Amazing .. extraordinary disappointment .. in general, the results and the quality of the upholstery is okay. But the service is enough to make you shake. So initially, I already contacted Mrs. B through the WA Cris Jok number, for consultation and choosing ingredients .. I want micro ingredients, I was given 2 sample ingredients, 1 orange peel, 1 which is smooth. My choice fell on the soft one and I have WA on the type and color of the material I want and Mrs. B has confirmed it. After several days, at the time of installation, it turns out that the installation takes a long time because the employee installs only 1 person. And jreng2 .. the material that was installed, not the material ordered. I then tried to complain, and so Mrs. B insisted that the material was not wrong, until I finally screenshot the previous chat ... when I asked to be replaced with smooth ingredients (according to the initial order), Mrs. B asked for an additional fee, even though the error was on the part of Mrs. B. Mrs. B said that there were so many types of ingredients and she didn't memorize them. As if telling me to understand it. Finally, after a long debate, Mrs. B finally wanted to change the seat to the original order but there were additional costs. After 2 weeks, when she wanted to put the seats back in, Mrs. B again asked for additional costs, as if the previous debate had not happened. As if this is a mistake on the part of the customer who wants to change ingredients. It's amazing to make you shake ...
