★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Perintis Kemerdekaan, across Transjakarta shelter, the lobby is small and not really good looking. The studio unit I used was small, like the average size of studio in Jakarta, around 20m2.

I feel so regret bought this apartment the building management so bad the way they treat the owner of the unit especially at Tifolia. And also no parking lot and the hallway made from cheap material.
dont buy this apartement seriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment good location, there is a busway in front and LRT station. Easy to spot from the road, very easy to get transport. Close to mall bela terra, kust accross the street, 10 minutes drive to mall kelapa gading amd 15 minites drive to mall of Indonesia. There facility isn't much, small pool and limited parking space. There are indomaret (convinience store) and some food vendors.
