★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bbrp kali berkunjung ke kosan adik, tempatnya bersih, nyaman, ada wifi, dapur tempat masak, kamar mandi dalam, jika mau pakai ac boleh, dan jika tidak pakai Ac masih disediakan kipas kok tenang saja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman ngekost di sini awalnya oke dengan budget yg lumayan miring dibandingkan yg lain.
Udah dpt wifi, kamar mandi dalam, ada dapur umumnya, ada kulkasnya juga.
Tp setelah dijalani, ternyata tidak seindah yg semestinya.
Wifi super lemot, airnya asin, kulkas ada semutnya makanan saya jadi rusak, frizeernya kotor ada binatang yg terbang2 gitu tp udah mati, jalan halamannya banyak pasir karena gak rata.
Jadi kesimpulannya memang murah, tp kalo di jalani dg fasilitas yg ada jatuhnya jd kumuh dan jorok.
1 lg driver ojol gak boleh nganter sampai ke depan kamar, auto harus jalan sampe depan kalo pesen makanan.

1 more ojol drivers can't take you to the front of the room, the auto has to go to the front when you order food.
