★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat jutek, unfriendly dari wanita yg berhijab bernama Octa.. Saya sudah reservasi dr jumat siang dgn mengatakan akan ambil donut nya LUSA (hari minggu), anak SD juga tau LUSA dari JUMAT yaitu MINGGU, akan tetapi orang ini ngotot menyalahkan balik ke saya krn saya yg bilang tgl 15! ini konyol, dengan sadar betul saat telp saya tidak pernah menyebutkan tanggal, hanya saya tekankan 2x akan ambil lusa di hari minggu. Akhirnya dikarenakan sikap yg kasar dan tidak pantas sbagai pegawai "bidang JASA" ini, suami saya juga ikut ngotot utk pertanggungjawaban nya, dan krg lebih 1 jam kemudian sudah bs diterima donutnya. Dgn kejadian ini saya tidak akan pernah beli di sini lagi selama pegawai itu masih disana. Harga donut sesuai dengan kualitas dan pelayanan, sikap pegawai tsbt menurunkan kualitas dan rasa donut itu sendiri, siapa yg mau mampir klo pegawai ud pasang muka jutek... sorry to say kami marah krn illfeel perlakuan pegawai tersebut yg sangat nyolot mukanya dr awal..

Finally, due to this rude and inappropriate attitude as a "SERVICE" employee, my husband also insisted on his accountability, and for more than an hour later he was able to receive a donut. With this incident I will never buy here again as long as the employee is still there. The price of donuts is in accordance with the quality and service, the attitude of the employee will reduce the quality and taste of the donut itself, who wants to stop by when the employees put on a jutek face ... sorry to say we are angry because illfeel the treatment of the employee who was very striking from the beginning ..
