Thank you for making progress with the receptionist. More smile and I can feel a warm welcome.
Coolest has good therapists, good price and lots of treatments. Try their reflexology, it's really comforting.
Went here for several times because i really enjoy the massage (Ms. Endah).
But i had very bad experience with cashiers/receptionists on this establishment. Already made a booking by phone but when I got there they said i have to wait another hour because the therapist is still with another client. Made the booking 4 hours prior the time, left my phone number but yet never called to confirm.
An obvious mistake by the receptionist but instead of apologizing, she went on about how her job was not only to take care of bookings from 5 different therapist (oh wow this part really dropped my jaw), didn't even have the courtesy to stand up and look at me when talking.
To Owner, nice place you have here, but very poor hospitality from your front desk team. 2 stars is only for the therapists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice atmosphere. Location is next to the Mall. Very cold a/c. For a hot day. Ambiance lighting all round. Fell asleep half way thru the foot massage. Therapist was well trained but they do not wear uniform, so you might mistaken them as fellow guest… good rates too.
