★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayana kalau mau service TV Coocaa mending langsung ke service centernya daripada nyuruh mereka yg dtg karena respon di WhatsApp sangat lama. Jdi alhasil saya telp lsg ke kantornya dan lebih milih dtg lsg krn lsg dilayanin dan klo kerusakannya mudah bisa lsg dikerjakan, kmrin ganti panel untung masih garansi 3 tahun, krn pembelian udh 1 tahun lebih 4 bulan. jadi servisnya nunggu 1 jam udh selesai. Cuma perlu bayar biaya reparasi 250rb (utk jaminan 1 tahun reparasi). Semoga dah awettt TV nya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat memuaskan. Buat anda yang memiliki produk Coocaa dan sedang bermasalah, saya rekomendasikan datang langsung ke service center mereka di sini.
Saya kemari untuk membetulkan LED TV 32 inch di kamar anak saya yang layarnya tiba tiba blinking lalu mati total. Saya bawa kemari pukul 11.30 dan langsung ditangani dengan baik. TV dicek, dianalisa kerusakannya, dan diketahui lampu backlightnya sudah mati, dan disarankan untuk diganti. Maklum sudah udzur, sudah digunakan 5 tahun. proses perbaikan karna terpotong istirahat selesai pukul 13.30. Menurut saya tergolong cepat
Harga lampu backlightnya sendiri 200.000, ongkos perbaikan 160.000, jadi total 360.000. Menurut saya cukup murah dibanding beli baru, dan lebih meyakinkan dibandingkan membawanya ke tukang service umum.
Dan meski Anda tinggal di luar Jakarta (seperti saya di Bekasi), saya tetap merekomendasikan datang langsung kemari apabila jarak masih dirasa wajar. Karna apabila produk rusak anda dititipkan ke authorize service center di daerah tersebut, seperti saya di daerah Galaxy Bekasi, komponen yang akan diperbaiki juga akan direquest dari sini yang bisa makan waktu berhari hari. Dan infonya harga komponen serta jasanya pun ada selisih lumayan besar.
Dan ini tips lainnya buat anda yang memiliki TV LED merk apapun, pastikan layar/panel tidak kemasukkan air. Infonya hampir seluruh kerusakan panel layar itu disebabkan karna terkena air yang merembes ke bagian sela sela bezel bagian bawah. Dan ini terjadi pada customer lain yang juga datang bersamaan dengan saya. Ia pada akhirnya gagal service karna biaya service hampir sama dengan harga TV baru.
Gosipnya TV beliau antara kena pipis kucing atau ketumpahan air yang disenggol kucing. Wkwkwk
Info selanjutnya, kerusakan lain selain panel layar ongkos reparasinya relatif jauh lebih murah. Bahkan harga papan elektronik/pcb/mainboard utuh hanya sekitar 400rban.

I'm here to fix the 32 inch LED TV in my child's room whose screen suddenly blinks and then turns off completely. I brought it here at 11.30 and it was immediately handled well. The TV was checked, analyzed for damage, and it was found that the backlight was dead, and it was recommended to replace it. You know it's old, it's been used for 5 years. the repair process because the break was cut off at 13.30. I think it's pretty fast
The price of the backlight itself is 200,000, the repair cost is 160,000, so a total of 360,000. I think it's quite cheap compared to buying new, and more convincing than taking it to a general repairman.
And even if you live outside Jakarta (like me in Bekasi), I still recommend coming directly here if the distance is still reasonable. Because if your damaged product is entrusted to the authorized service center in the area, like me in the Galaxy Bekasi area, the components to be repaired will also be requested from here which can take days. And the info is the price of components and services there is a pretty big difference.
And here are other tips for those of you who have any brand of LED TV, make sure the screen/panel doesn't get water in it. The info is that almost all of the damage to the screen panel was caused by water seeping through the bottom bezel. And this happened to another customer who also came with me. In the end, he failed to service because the service fee was almost the same as the price of a new TV.
Rumors say that his TV is between getting hit by a cat pee or spilling water that a cat touches. Hahaha
Further information, other damage besides the screen panel, the repair cost is relatively much cheaper. Even the price of a complete electronic board/pcb/mainboard is only around 400k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau mau sevice dan masih garansi kesini langsung sih. Datang jam 12:45 kepotong istirahat dan jam 14:00 TV 50inch yg panel LCDnya rusak sudah bisa diambil. Kena biaya 250rb karena lewat 1 tahun.
