Perusahaan anti kritik, target di persulit agar karyawannya susah insentif, ketahuan melanggar aturan dan di tegur disnaker, eh karyawan yang lapor ke disnaker yg di cariin perusahaan, jam kantor 15.30 pulang, tapi di paksa dengan kata sukarelawan utk extend dan di takuti takuti dengan sistem kemitraan ,rata rata yang review bagus, akun atasan semua wkwkwkwk,

Target perusahaan makin dipersulit, agar sengaja tidak dpt bonus or insentif agentnya, dari 55an% hingga ke 80%. 400 lebih agent nya hampir tidak dapat insentif sama sekali, klo 105% kebawah ditulis full, klo ACV 130% bisa dicatat mentok ke 105% :P
