Due to COVID its only open on TUESDAY and THURSDAY. You can call them on these days too. Any other day there will be no answer. Went there for medical report legalization, no issue. Not too long nor too fast.
-All the staff was friendly
-Bring vaccine card and KTP
-There's a locker to keep your belonging
-Recommended to call first to ask what documents needed (credit card, etc)

Karena COVID cuma buka di hari SELASA dan KAMIS. Bisa di telp di hari tersebut, kalo hari lain ngak bakal di angkat. Ke situ untuk legalisir medical report, ngak ada masalah. Prosses ngak terlalu cepat atau lama

-Bawa kartu vaksin dan KTP
-Ada loker untuk taruk tas
-Di rekomendasi untuk telp tanya2 dulu butuh bawa apa aja (kredit card, etc)

Because COVID is only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Can be called on that day, if other days will not be picked up. Went there to legalize the medical report, there was no problem. The process is not too fast or long

You work for UAE embassy and you have no manner, such a shame, i am pleased i never have to deal with those pathetic people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general the service is okay, but the fact is only serving on Tuesday and Thursday is quite disappointing.
I got an invitation and need a visa for short visit to Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi.
2nd update: I went there today (Tuesday), I just realised the flow of the service is not well organized. Last Thursday, I got rejected because I need to do medical check up in some clinic and so I went to Rayhan Medical Center in Tebet. The price for the whole check was 1 milion IDR. The check up at least take 1 night. Next day, I got (only) barcode from Rayhan medical center. Today, I brought the barcode to the consular. It took around 1 hour to legalization for the medcheck result the fee was 159.12 AED= 635,244 IDR. Then, for the visa was 258.06 AED =1,030,235 IDR and take another hour.
What a disappointing was, after 1 PM, I thought the visa was finished, but it is not.
The main disappointment was they close after noon only for today.
I need to go back there on Thursday.
