Biaya 130.000,- Harga yang tinggi tidak berbanding dengan FASILITAS :
a. Makanan TIDAK VARIATIF / TIDAK SESUAI EKSPEKTASI dengan harga yang ditawarkan
b. Kopi dan teh tersedia, tetapi bukan jenis Bar, melainkan sejenis CoffeBreak ala Hotel, racik sendiri. Lagi-lagi tidak sesuai dengan HARGA YANG DITAWARKAN.
c. TIDAK ADA FASILITAS ANTAR JEMPUT / CHEK IN seperti yang ditawarkan.
Saran :
a. Sebaiknya makanan di perbanyak jenisnya, tanpa harus dilayani, lebih memuaskan bila makanan self service, daripada dilayani petugas.
b. Petugas didalam bilang kalo mesin kopi sedang ada perbaikan, sehingga tidak bisa membuat kopi jenis Latte, Mocca, Dll. Sebaiknya segala jenis kekurangan atau trouble , di infokan kepada pelanggan.
c. Ada baiknya Concordia Lounge membuat Loket Tersendiri di pintu keberangkatan pertama, agar tamu dapat menemukan dengan mudah dan mendapat fasilitas Chek In seperti yang ditawarkan.
Intinya dari semua ini adalah, kalo memang belum bisa maksimal melayani, hendaknya di infokan kepada tamu apa saja kekurangan yg ada didalam, saya secara pribadi sedikit menyesal ketika mengeluarkan uang yang saya rasa cukup besar, tetapi tidak mendapat apa yang bisa didapatkan.

Critics :
Cost 130,000, - The high price is not proportional to the FACILITIES:
a. Food is NOT VARIATIVE / NOT IN ACCORDANCE with the price offered
b. Coffee and tea available, but not Bar type, but a kind of Hotel-style CoffeBreak, self-made. Again not in accordance with the OFFERED PRICE.
c. NO SHUTTLE / CHEK IN FACILITIES as offered.
Suggestion :
a. It is better if there are multiple types of food, without having to be served, it is more satisfying if the food is self-service, rather than being served by officers
b. The clerk inside said that the coffee machine was being repaired, so it could not make coffee types Latte, Mocca, etc. We recommend that all types of deficiencies or trouble are informed to customers.
c. It is better if Concordia Lounge makes a separate counter at the first departure gate, so that guests can easily find and get the Chek In facilities as offered.
The point of all this is, if you are not able to serve maximally, you should inform the guests what are the shortcomings that are inside, I personally regret a little when I spend money which I think is quite large, but I do not get what I can get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan lah, untuk di ruang tunggu di atas cuma baru ada lounge ini.. price nya lumayan, 130 rb, tempatnya lumayan luas, bisa istirahat, bisa ngecharge hp, lounge bersih sebentar2 diberesin, friendly staff.. menu makanan dan minuman lumayan ber variasi lah..
Not bad, just in the waiting room above, there is only this lounge ... the price is pretty good, 130 rb, the place is quite spacious, can take a break, can recharge the cellphone, clean lounge is cleared for a while, friendly staff ... food and drink menu is quite varied lah ..
