★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jika dilihat di PDDIKTI, dosennya banyak yang tidak sesuai bidangnya. Misalnya jurusan akuntansi tapi background dosennya Agama Islam atau tafsir atau pendidikan. Dosen yang tidak sesuai bidang ini juga membimbing skripsi mahasiswa (1 mhs hanya punya 1 pembimbing), jadi kasihan mahasiswanya sama dosen yang bidangnya tidak sesuai.
If you look at PDDIKTI, many of the lecturers are not in their respective fields. For example, majoring in accounting but the background of the lecturer is Islam or interpretation or education. Lecturers who are not in this field also guide students' thesis (1 student only has 1 supervisor), so it's a pity for students and lecturers whose fields are not appropriate.
