★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong donk disamping situ jangan ada anak laki-laki pada main bola kalau pagi,siang,maupun sore saya pernah kena bola sama anak-anak pas saya lewat,maupun anak-anak lainnya pada main apa aja,got ya juga tolong dibersihhin banyak sumpah,dan tolong tingkattin lagi securty ya dan pengawassannya
Please, don't have boys playing football in the morning, afternoon, or evening, I have been hit by the ball with the kids when I pass by, or other kids play anything, get it too please clean it, lots of oaths, and please improve your securty and control

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat bagus, krn bisa dilalui kendaraan roda 2, roda empat dan bisa masuk truk engkel, jumlah rumah ada 13, udara masih lumayan segar krn, lebar jalan depan bagian dlm cluster lebih bisa utk 2 mobil papasan +1 motor, lebar jalan dlm bagian belakang bisa berjejer 3 mobil (bisa mutar balik), samping dan belakang tembok cluster masih tanah kosong dan ada potensi utk dibeli bagi yg punya dana lebih krn akses hanya lewat cluster, udara masih lumayan segar krn tanah kosong tsb, perkiraan harga tanah/NJOP PBB saat ini sdh 6,2jt-6,5/m, luas tanah/bangunan type 45/70 - 70-78.
Very good, because it can be passed by 2-wheeled vehicles, four wheels and can fit in an ankle truck, there are 13 houses, the air is still quite fresh because the width of the front road in the cluster is more suitable for 2 passing cars + 1 motorbike, the width of the road in the rear can line up 3 cars (can go back and forth), the side and back of the cluster wall are still vacant land and there is potential to buy it for those who have more funds because access is only through the cluster, the air is still quite fresh because of the vacant land, the current estimated price of land / PBB NJOP This is 6.2 million-6.5/m2, land area/building type 45/70 - 70-78.
