★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kawasan hunian terbatas terdiri bbrp unit/kavling sj dgn desain minimalis modern, membaur dgn masyarakat setempat yg nasionalis religius. bbrp rumah sdh terbangun & terhuni , beberapa lainnya masih berupa kavling tanah kosong . suasana disini masih terasa sejuk krn msh terdapat bbrp kebun pohon jati, akses mobil lega, dekat dgn sarana ibadah, sarana pendidikan berbagai jenjang seperti SD inti dan kampus UMY, kantor kelurahan & kecamatan, puskesmas, minimarket jejaring , angkringan, tdk terlalu jauh menuju wisata gerabah kasongan / goa selarong / pusat kota yogya, pasar induk gamping .
the limited residential area consists of a number of units / lots of land with a modern minimalist design, blending in with the local people who are religious nationalists. some houses have been built & occupied, some are still in the form of vacant lots. the atmosphere here still feels cool because there are still some teak tree gardens, relief car access, close to religious facilities, educational facilities at various levels such as elementary schools and UMY campuses, village & sub-district offices, puskesmas, network minimarkets, angkringan, not too far towards tourism earthenware pottery / selarong cave / yogya city center, limestone main market.
