★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup nyaman, letaknya yang dekat dengan pabrik terkadang membuat udara tercium aroma tidak sedap dari limbah pabrik tersebut, jalan yang sempit dan masuk ke gang yang hanya muat satu mobil saja,membuat akses ke lokasi sedikit tidak nyaman, akan tetapi warga sekitar yang tinggal diluar komplek dapat menerima warga baru dengan baik dan ramah. Hal itu membuat warga pendatang menjadi nyaman untuk tinggal di lingkungan tersebut.
