Cluster ini Di bangun ketika beberapa pekerja membangun beberapa bagian rumah, dahulu harga jual rumah di cluster ini tergolong murah dan dapat di kpr , akan tetapi lambat laun harga properti semakin melonjak dan semakin banyak peminat yang ingin memilikinya . Sehingga banyak orang orang luar yang ingin menawar dengan harga tinggi cluster ini . Tak ayal banyak orang masuk ke dalam cluster hanya menanyakan "disini ada yang di jual ga rumahnya" .yah namanya juga orang pasti ada yg kepo dan juga penasaran tapi entah kenapa saking laku nya perumahan ini sampai kini hanya tersisa rumah rumah tangga yang belum terbangun
