1. Banyak pedagang yg brjualan disekitar cluster jd ga susah utk cari atau beli sesuatu
2. Sudah banyak minimarket juga dekat cluster, hanya berjarak 7 rumah dari gerbang
3. Lingkungan rapi
4. Ada CCTV juga di cluster ini
5. Banyak pohon mangganya ?
6. Ga pernah banjir
Kekurangannya :
1. Kalo lagi ada pasar malem (malem jumat) pengguna jalan agak terganggu, apalagi yg punya kendaraan mobil susah utk masuk, harus bisa pulang lebih awal jam 4 sore atau pulang lebih akhir jam 10 malam
2. Sampah bekas pasar malem juga banyak berserakan di jalannya (walaupun bukan didalam cluster) tp tetap kebersihannya jd berkurang kalo hari jumat pagi
The advantages:
1. There are many traders who sell around the cluster so it is not difficult to find or buy something
2. There are already many minimarkets near the cluster, only 7 houses from the gate
3. Neat environment
4. There is also CCTV in this cluster
5. Lots of mango trees ?
6. Never flood
The drawbacks:
1. If there is a night market (Friday night) road users are a bit disturbed, especially those who have a car that is difficult to enter, must be able to go home early at 4 pm or come home late at 10 pm
2.Lots of waste from the night market are also scattered on the streets (although not in the cluster) but the cleanliness is still reduced if it's Friday morning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penghuninya baik dan ramah, rasa kekeluargaanya sangat tinggi, saling tolong menolong, sangat toleransi. Tempatnya adem dan bersih, sejuk dan tentram. Keamanan dipantau cctv 24jam jadi jangan coba-coba berbuat aneh-aneh langsung dijemput.
The residents are kind and friendly, the sense of family is very high, they help each other, they are very tolerant. The place is cool and clean, cool and peaceful. Security is monitored by CCTV 24 hours so don't try to do weird things and get picked up right away.
