The location is strategic, near the station and inter-provincial terminal, unfortunately the road to get there is rather narrow. Enough for 1 car + 1 motorcycle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akses menuju kesini lumayan susah ya untuk mobil, karena gang nya sempit, kayaknya cuma cukup untuk 1 mobil deh, kalo berpapasan yaaa ga ngerti lagi harus gimana. Jalanan nya juga ancur gitu jadi kalo ujan bisa becek dimana2. Ditambah lagi kalo ada hajatan, nikahan, waduh harus puter lewat gang lain yg sama sempit dan beceknya. Udah lumayan banyak rumah yang diisi sih. Harga rumahnya terbilang murah untuk area cipondoh, mungkin karena aksesnya yang susah juga sih. Airnya masih jelek, kotor, warna coklat gitu.
Access to here is pretty difficult for a car, because the alley is narrow, it seems like it's only enough for 1 car, if you pass, you don't understand what to do. The streets are also ruined so if the test can be muddy everywhere. Plus if there is a celebration, a wedding, oh dear, I have to go through another alley that is just as narrow and muddy. Already quite a lot of houses are filled anyway. The price of the house is fairly cheap for the Cipondoh area, maybe because of the difficult access. The water is still ugly, dirty, brown color.
